The hostess is very nice and enthusiastic, the cleanliness is very good, done everyday. The location is very close to metro station. I would rather not say it is a hotel because it consists of many separate rooms from a big apartment, but anyway it is high price performance.
There are few sockets; it is a little humid but maybe it is because the weather of Lisboa in this season.

The easy going personel, cameral atmosphere, excellent location near metro station, easy access to the room and privacy, little balcony, room interior.
The bathroom was perhaps lacking ventilation, the smell of humidity and mold from the bathroom was rather unpleasant. The bathroom and plumbing needs a bit of renovation.

Very helpful staff and most spoke some English. Very close to the metro.
In the room I was in, the plumbing did not appear to be vented and there was a persistant order that was quite intense.

location is great, close to subway station and downtown / it is rather like a residence, not a hotel, you get a key, and you can come and go, whenever you want
rooms would need renovation, especially the bathroom, which was in a really filthy state, and the ventilation was also poor, so the stinky, humid air stuck in the bathroom came also in the room...there is air condition in the room, but it did not work...free wifi offered did hardly work...stuff was there almost never, their English skills are limited or zero, good that I speak a few words of Portuguese...

The location of Residencial Lord was perfect for exploring the city. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby and it was a quiet area. The hotel was well-furnished with amenities like a hair dryer and air conditioning, which made the stay comfortable. Pedro and Irene from the staff were incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions. I also appreciated being able to check in early and the proximity to the metro lines was convenient. I had a great experience at Residencial Lord.

Although the hotel shows it's age it was perfect for me as a night before flight hotel. No frills but good none the less. Great price too! Good for a quiet night but not for the rowdy backpackers!
